    Rachel, anyone who really embraces a low-carb lifestyle will not be found cooking with flour and milk. Substitute soy flour or Atkins (R Bake Mix for the flour and heavy cream plus water for the milk, and you've got a winner on your hands.

    Made the sauce only substituting chicken broth for the milk as Rachel suggested on TV and used dill instead of sage. Drizzled it over baked white fish. My husband is still raving about this one. This one's definately a keeper! I'm looking forward to making the entire recipe.

    This was wonderful! My sauce was not runny at all and thickened once the heat was off. This was our best dinner in months (and we love to cook and do it professionally too.

    Not real thrilled with this one. I didn't really like the poultry seasoning, it kind of overpowered the dish. In addition, the sauce was a little watery for my liking. Definately would not make again.

    Great dish, I changed the hazelnuts with cashews and it was great. (hate hazelnuts Make sure you brown the chicken well or have the pan at the right temp or the oven time will be longer than the 8 minutes. All in all great dish. Wife loved it and she was mad at me, so great for brownie points.
