I made this the other night for dinner. I had very high expectations for this recipe. The only change I made was used skim milk instead of whole. I thought this recipe was very blah and needed something else to it. I won't be making this one again.

My only complaint is that the nuts got a little chewy - The sauce was great - this meal is definitely filling!

I saw Rachel Ray's show, containing this recipe, around noon one day. That afternoon I bought the ingredients and prepared it for dinner that night! My family and I LOVED it! I shared it with my good friend and she called me up the next morning for the recipe! It's easy, VERY flavorful, elegant and healthy! This is a keeper. Give it a try. Thank you Rachel!

I used almonds instead of hazelnuts. I also chopped them very fine, so I needed less (less calories. The only thing that I have to critize is, that the chicken needed almost twice as long in the oven. The recipe says 8 min, and my oven needed almost 15 min.

This is overkill with the saturated fats and not all that tasty. This is a meal to skip if you don't want a coronary.

This is a great reciepe. I needed to put together a quick dinner and had everything on hand except the hazelnuts, so I substituted Pecans. It was great! I did have to cook my chicken in the oven a little longer than the recipe states in order to get it to 160 deg. Thanks Rachel for a great quick recipe!

My husband and I love it!! Even my 3 yr old who doesn't love chicken will eat it. I make it with pecans b/c they're handy. Followed other reveiws so the sauce wouldn't be runny but it's really wonderful either way. Easy, super recipe!!

This recipe was amazing the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the sauce was a bit runny so I added some flour to it and made it thicker other than that it was amazing I will be making it again.
