    The crunch and flavor of the hazelnut,and the moistness of the chicken was beautifully comlimented by the strong flavor of the Gorgonzola Sauce. The kids actually enjoyed this meal.

    What I like best about this recipe is how easy it is to make. Im not very good in the kitchen, and I hardly have any time to cook- so this was a great full of flavor recipe to try. The chicken was moist, the gorgonzola sauce was great, and my fiance and I loved it. And it was all done just by following the directions alone.

    I made this dish with pecans and thought it was excellent. I made the cheese sauce, but the taste was a little overpowering. For the leftovers I used a Feta cheese sauce and it was excellent. This is a great recipe to build off of.

    I love gorgonzola cheese so it was great to find a easy, simple recipe. I was not to impressed with the hazlenuts so next time will try something different.
