This was such an amazing dish, took me longer to cook than it did Rachel. I used walnuts instead of hazelnuts, and wow it was awesome. I would have rathered hazelnuts but had walnuts on hand. The sauce was very rich, but I loved that about it. I had to use the whole package of cheese for consistency, and with dried sage 1/2 of the amount called for. Absolutely wonderful, thank you!!

My family loved this. I did chop the hazelnuts a little finer than Rachael did so my kids would like it...and they did. The gorgonzola sauce was good for the adults but the kids were not so thrilled with it. Overall, it was great.

I fixed this dish and it was wonderful-crunchy and a great nutty flavor. It was easy to fix and my family loved it. I used the food processor to grind the nuts so they were easy to bread the chicken with.

Sorry, Rachael, but this dish was a thumbs down. Nobody cared for it at all and so I had to throw the whole thing out and cook burgers.

Chicken was fairly plain. Really liked the hazelnut addition. The cheese sauce add much flavor as I thought it would. My friend really seemed to enjoy though and my son ate it, so that works.

A fantastic "go to" meal when nothing else sounds good. Use the leftovers to make delicious chicken salad with the extra gorgonzola cheese and add some raisins and mayo.

The almond chicken was amazing, but the Gorgonzola Sauce was not. I think you have to really love Blue cheese to appreciate the sauce. I think I will try a soy sauce reduction next time and make it an asian dish.
