I have made oven fries for years and never had thought of putting Italian seasoning or cheese on them. My husband loved them!
Thanks for all the great ideas!

I pretty much trust Rachel, and again, these were easy and good. Although, they aren't low anything, they sure were tasty! The reggiano is a must. My teen also munched these up. That's a good thing.

I had been watching 30 Minute Meals late one evening and saw Rachel cooking these Hoagies.
Earlier tonight I was looking for something different and fun to eat, it was Hoagie time.
This meal was very east to cook, and preparation time is almost nil. Done and eating in about 25 minutes. Very tasty. I did add some spice, and some very hot sausage to satisfy my craving for heat!!
Thanks Rachel!
