    These were just delish. I used finely chopped pine nuts (instead of sesame and I had some leftover bacon chopped that up and rolled some in bacon and some in the herbs - loved the way both looked and tasted, everyone did. Thanks Rachael for a flavorful new spin on dishes. Lisa - I did watch the show but can't figure out what's up with the oven either?

    How come in the recipe it says to preheat the oven to 425* and nowhere in the recipe does it tell you to put anything in the oven? I watched the episode this was on,the other night and don't remember anything going in the oven. Lokks great and am going to try,so,just wondering what I'm supposed to put in the oven.

    I don't know that having the salad underneath improved the flavor at all, but it made a very nice presentation on a plate with roasted brussel sprouts & a warm orzo salad. I added crushed red pepper flakes to the scallops for a little heat.
