After reading the other reviews, I decided to reduce the chicken broth to one cup. It was not too soupy but still had some broth. It was very flavorful and we will definitely make it again. Next time I plan to serve it with some plain rice or couscous to soak up the flavorful broth.

I thought the apricots were overwhelming and way too sweet, however, my boyfriend loved it. Next time I make this I'll use another fruit.

My family enjoyed the change of pace. I used about half the amount of stock and reduced it a little at the end. I didn't have chives, but the parsley worked. We ate it all. The combination of light and dark meat suited the different preferences at the table, with no complaints. I plan on making this version of chicken again.

I'm so glad that I was not the only one who found this soupy. I kept waiting and waiting for this to reduce. Everything else was ready but the apricot chicken, so I added some corn starch and it made a luscious, creamy sauce. I loved this dish.

I really enjoyed this dish. I was scared of using the lemon juice and zest, but it wasn't over powering at all and complimented the other ingredients. I agree about the thinness of the sauce, but I just cranked the heat and let some of it reduce out, concentrating the flavors. I'll definitely make this one again.

I made this recipe for the first time tonight. Although I found the lemon zest/lemon juice a bit much with the apricots, overall a good recipe. Easy to make too! I read the other reviews and reduced my chicken stock a bit (I used 1 1/2 cups instead of 2, but I don't think it would have been too liquid had I added the other 1/2 cup. I served mine over whole wheat couscous. Tasty! Thanks, Rach! :

family loved the meal. Only thing was that my sauce wasn't as thick as I thought it would have been. Very easy to do and my 2 year old loved it....and so did my husband.

This chicken recipe is very tasty and different. I agree with other reviewers- reduce the amount of stock. Will make again soon.

I saw this episode yesterday and just had to try it. It was amazingly easy and very good. I'll definately make this again. This would also be very good for a party buffet style since the chicken is cut up and guest can just scoop it into their plates.
