Superior turkey and easy to fix. Fresh and delicious with the fresh herbs. A must at all my Thanksgiving meals in the future.

This was great--the green herb mixture tastes amazing.

Two minor changes--I'm from a big city and couldn't find fresh bay leaves in any stores, so I don't know how easy it will be for others, but dry leaves worked fine. I also couldn't find two separate boneless breast halves, but I used a whole breast, bone-in, and it was great--plus, you still get to have the fun of carving off a bone without the pounds of leftovers.

the gravy was fantastic--i added a few more sprinklings of salt while simmering to thicken it up and this yielded good results.

This turkey was absolutely perfect. Instead of using the two separate boneless turkey breasts, my family used a bone in turkey breast. It cam out of the oven juicy and more flavorfull then any turkey we have ever tasted. Thanks Rachel!

great turkey & flavor and worked well with the apple stuffin muffins. I used bone-in turkey breasts, which took a little longer to cook

I'm already looking forward to making this recipe again. I tried it for the first time last Thanksgiving, and said at the time ... "this is *the* Thanksgiving turkey recipe, from now on!" The herbs under the skin and the butter baste ensure moist, delicious meat. I roast two breasts in order to have enough. Thanks, Rachael!

We love this as it reminds of Thanksgiving but has it's own twist.

I used a bone-in turkey breast for this recipe last New Year's Eve and it was absolutely delicious. The gravy was also exceptional. I'm planning to use this recipe again with a whole turkey this Thanksgiving. I can't wait!

Easy and delicious. The flavor seeps into the entire breast. Great for up to four people, maybe five.
