My family had an Early Thanksgiving this year, and I made this (w/bone in turkey breast. The cooking time was about 2 hours, which was not too bad. I prepared the turkey the night before and just put it in the oven in the morning! It was hands-down the best turkey we've ever eaten!

Again it is so unique, instead of the plain turkey this one just blows it away!

Just tried it and it was great. I did not use the bay leaves because I just don't use those and don't have any in the pantry. Also, I could only find skinless turkey breast today, so i just sliced them in the middle like a pocket and stuffed them. It came out wonderful. Also, I don't have a food processor, so I just chopped everything very small - still wonderful. Thanks Rachel Ray.

Having made roast turkey for over 40 years (5 - 6 not for thanksgiving per year plus deep fried, and smoked, this is a great way to use turkey more often with very little effort.

Not only is this meal easy to prepare because you're using turkey breasts vs. the whole bird - it was also a HUGE hit with my family last year. Make it anytime and hear the rave reviews from your family!

This is excellent. Quick and easy. Tastes like you've cooked all day but only takes an hour.

I was set on a turkey meal even though there was only 2 of us. I made this a couple of days before thanksgiving for my boyfriend and I since I had to work on thanksgiving. I didn't add too much of the lemon zest though,as I wasn't sure of the outcome. It was delicious!,very flavorful and moist, impossible to end up dry if you follow the recipe! It was perfect! and i even had left overs! I had it with home made mashed potatoes, stuffing and corn.

This is the best turkey dish I have ever had. It uses the solid meat turkey breast, and there is no waste or bone. My family loved it!
