I had been saving this recipe for an occasion when I would have to make turkey. It not only was fun to prepare, it was very good. I am not a turkey fan, mainly because when I've had it in the past it has been bland and dry. Not true for this recipe. It had great flavor and was very moist. Thanks Rachel!

This dish is amazingly easy and amazingly delicious . Turkey is not only for Thanksgiving anymore. Now my family can enjoy Thanksgiving any night of the week, any time of the year.

Our family loved this recipe for turkey breast. Did not take long to make dinner, it was so moist and what I liked - no leftovers!

I used this receipe for the first time for our Family Christmas dinner and it turned out GREAT, It was a great hit and everyone asked for the receipe. It was so easy to make. I did not have apple brandy but I did have the apple cider and the gravey was delicious. Ithis will be great for a gourmet chicken breast.

The turkey came out juicy and had lots of flavor, and the herb drippings made FANTASTIC gravy (strained it to remove green bits after cooking. My family wouldn't stop talking about it.

This recipe is quick and easy. Everyone loved the turkey and it is now a Thanksgiving staple in our family. Quick to prepare and quick to roast. Did not try the Pan Gravy.

This was the first turkey I've ever made for Thanksgiving, and it turned out wonderfully. Very moist and flavorful. Makes fantastic leftovers. I substituted my own pan gravy using just the drippings, some heavy cream, and seasonings, and everything turned out mmmm, mmmm good.
