We made this dish for our Thanksgiving dinner, and all I have to say is WOW! The best turkey I've ever had! It was moist and incredibly flavorful with the herb mixture! We will definately make this dish again!

Great alternative to cooking a whole turkey. Wonderful flavor & very moist. Leftovers were also fabulous!

The flavors were incredible...I think it was the lemon zest that delightfully surprised us all. I made this in addition to a whole turkey because it seems we never get enough white meat. The only leftovers I had were from the whole turkey!

I just made this turkey breast last week for Thanksgiving. It was good, but certainly not good enough to warrant the extra time I devoted to it. It would have been easy (and less kitchen clean-up to make a simple turkey chub or turkey roast and just sprinkled some seasonings on it.
