I wasn't crazy about the apple gravy, but the rest was delicious! Big hit with the entire family!

moist, flavorful, perfect! the best tasting turkey breast I've ever eaten. My nephew eats turkey breast all the time and thought I'd cooked the best he ever had.

This recipe is great for a small group of people at Thanksgiving or when your craving turkey and don't want to fuss with a whole bird.

All I can say is, "WOW". I prepared this for a Christmas Open House last year as well as my regular roast turkey. This version disappeared from the table so fast! The different flavor from the standard roast turkey makes it a special treat...definitely reccommend!

For Thanksgiving, I like turkey that tastes like turkey---i.e., traditional. This does not. I found the bay way too strong, and, together with the lemon, just overwhelming to the turkey. I wonder if I'd be more generous other times of the year? It didn't taste bad. Just not like turkey...
