Having never roasted a turkey before I found this recipe very easy to follow with DELICIOUS results. My boyfriend said it was the best turkey he has ever had, a very big compliment from someone who comes from a family of foodies. I will be making this again, and again! Thanks Rachel, this recipe ROCKS!

I'm not a fan of white meat, but it was on sale. This recipe even made me like it. Moist, flavorful, and a great impress-the-guests dish, this recipe will be served in this house from now on. You go, Rach!

Delicious, moist, and tender. Why would you make turkey breast any other way.

I've cooked this recipie twice now and it turns out exactly as Rachael does it on her show. I find the gravy a bit too sweet for my liking but will try it next time with a bit less cider and replace it with broth instead for a milder flavor. WONDERFUL AND EASY !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE !!!

My Mom and I saw the Thanksgiving in 60 Mins show by Rachel Ray and were convinced this was something we wanted to do. We had to vary the herbs some, because of availability, but the same principle applied. We had a moist, delicious turkey breast on the table on Thanksgiving Day which was received by the entire family with rave reviews --- and it was sooooo easy to do!!! We enjoyed it so much we made it again for Christmas Day (as our other meat dish. It's a recipe so easy to follow and so open to adjust to your preference for taste in herbs, we've done it on a week night and it's a special meal with out a lot of hassle. You won't have to put off having a nice Turkey Dinner until the Holidays. Guaranteed!!!

I made this dish on Christmas Day and we all LOVED it! I'm a pretty good turkey roaster but this was perfection. The herb paste was delicious and basting with the bay butter made the meat so moist. My husband couldn't get enough of it. I've decided to use this recipe every year from now on. We didn't even make the gravy, we were too excited about the turkey. I used a whole breast and it turned out wonderfully. Thanks Rachael!

Made this on Christms Day. It turned out delicious, although I could not find the turkey cut into individual breasts, so I modified and used a whole breast. Wasn't crazy about the gravy ... and didn't miss it on my plate because the turkey itself was so amazing! I'll be making this again.
