Loved the turkey! Not crazy about the apple cider gravy, but the turkey was very moist and tasty!

Made this recipe for Thanksgiving and was delighted. It took me more than an hour but it was well worth it. I'm not too fond of turkey breast since I find it boring, but this herb mixture was magical. The meat was full of flavor and the gravy was a great complement. I have recommended it to friends.

These made thanksgiving so easy that I'm recommending them to everybody. There wasn't much liquid in the pan to make gravy but it didn't really matter. Boiling the cider down did the trick along with the calvados. Don't skimp on the calvados; it adds an extra zip to the entire meal.

My husband and I both enjoy trying new recipes. This one is a definate keeper. Since we both like white meat, it made a perfect Thanksgiving dinner for us. I can not remember having turkey breast that was so moist. I can't wait to have it again.

I cooked this for Thanksgiving 2004 for my family and they said it was the best turkey they ever had, BUT, I found the instructions a bit sketchy so unless you're prepared to improvize, you may want to try another recipe.

I loved this recipe. You get turkey without all the fuss of a huge bird.
