    The herb paste made this turkey extra juicy and tasty! My husband could not stop raving about it, and said it was the best turkey he has ever tasted - and I agree!

    I cooked this meal in about 1 1/2 hours because I wasn't really organized or motivated. Still turned out great. The turkey was moist and flavorful. The gravy has a kick to it. I was amazed that I had leftovers because I fed 3 adults and 2 kids with this meal plan.

    i can't seem to find fresh bay leaves, can i sub dried, or is there a similar spice i could substitute?

    Sorry - I haven't tried this one yet but I wanted to answer the poster that questioned using only 1/2 the paste - she means use 1/2 on each breast which will then use all of the paste

    Great recipe! Easy and flavorful. Since Rachal's recipe calls for 2 breasts, I think she means to put 1/2 the paste on one breast and 1/2 on the other breast.
