Looks like it tastes great, but the recipe describes using only 1/2 the paste under the skin. Do we want to rub the outside of the breast as well?

For empty-nesters the perfect solution. Turkey was moist, tender and the flavors from the herbs under the skin were awesome. Great idea with the infused bay butter, gives me ideas for other dishes. Gravy simple, quick and I would never have thought to use apple brandy and cider. I was able to find very small bottles of apple brandy at a discount liquor store.

The turkey came out perfect, it tasted great and was very easy to make, thanks Rachel Ray.
