Fantabulous!!!! Exceptional and precise....the easiest roasted turkey breast and I never broke a sweat. I followed the recipe to the letter and PERFECTO. My guests had no words because they were stuffing their face with food. Thanks so much for my new Thanksgiving turkey recipe.

Tried several turkey receipies from various chefs. This is the only one we and guests liked and we have stuck to it since I first Rachael present it on TV....I think it was 3-4 years ago. Turkey meat is bland and it does take effort to make a decent dish out of turkey. This receipe is amazingly simple and surprizingly tastly. No changes are needed

I just made this, two of them, in the oven with same temperature, same time. They turned out great, just delicious! No adjustments need to be made. Thank you Rachel Ray!

I would like to do two of these in same oven. Any recommendations on the time in the oven...or other adjustments I need to make?

I have made this for several years now and my family LOVE, LOVE, LOVES it... I follow the recipe exactly as printed. The comments I have received are "This is the best Thanksgiving dinner I have ever had." Don't be afraid to use the apple cider as the liquid in the gravy. Try it, You'll love it. Yummy...

ETA: I omitted the vinegar, lemon zest and the gravy. It was still excellent!

Yummy! My family is not really into turkey but this dish was fantastic. The turkey was very tender and savory.
