I thought these potatoes were simple to prepare and tasted great. I prefer a little less seasoning, but everyone else thought it was just the right amount.

OK, YUMMM! These potatoes were so easy and so incredibly tasty! Definitely a keeper! My recommendation is to to slice the potatoes and put them in a mixing bowl. Then, drizzle the olive oil and spices on top and stir with a spatula until evenly coated. Then distribute the wedges evenly on a foil lined baking sheet. They turned out amazing!! You just have to try them for yourself:

They were pretty good and very easy but lacked in the flavor department in my opinion. Luckily I had made a pomegranate-pinto sauce to go with my steak and was excellent with the potatoes as well!

I served this at a dinner party and they were a big hit. Easy to do, totally low prep time and great with steaks.

This was easy to prepare and was a delicious side dish! My potatoes took longer to cook than the recipe suggested and did not get crispy, but they were still tasty.

These are good. I wouldn't have thought to combine the provincal and steak seasoning. The direction miss out on specifying size of cut. Mine weren't thick--kind of like steak fries, but they took much longer to crisp up. The potato was "done"--but I wanted a crispy outside. Overall, though, quite tasty!

These were just fabulous! What a change from your usual oven fries. I made these with a chicken patty burger and they were delish! They went perfect together. I did use a little less spice than what it called for 1 tablespoon instead of the 2 and they were perfect! I also cooked them a few minutes longer and they were just great. I'm not a huge fan of rach's recipes but this one was super! A must try!

I'm not always the biggest fan of Rachael's recipes but this is perfect every time. Its "fancy" enough to serve at a gourmet dinner party and casual enough to serve with burgers off the grill. Everytime I've made it the potatoes are perfectly cooked and seasoned.
