Just finished making this (about 11AM EST and let my husband taste it. Ever since, he's been "suggesting" that we have dinner really, really early today... Early, as in, noon or so-- he LOVED it. Nice and light, but truly satisfying. I'm planning on also using the dressing on salads; it's very quick and easy to make and tastes delicious!

This dish is always a hit when I take it to parties. Never a bite left behind. Great for those who aren't into mayonnaise.

Had some leftover baby red potatoes from the farmers market- the really small ones. Didn't want to just re-heat and serve. Found this recipe. I warmed up my leftover potatoes and tossed in the dressing. It was too much dressing, but good flavor. I didn't have any radishes, so I left them out. I have a great go-to potato salad, but this is pretty good.

Great recipe and a crowd pleaser. I agree with other reviewers that the amount of dressing is excessive. I followed the recipe but used 3.5 lbs of potatoes instead of 2.5 lbs as called for and it came out perfectly. I omitted the watercress/parsley and added green onion since I had it on hand...turned out great! I like that this can be served warm or at room temperature so can be prepared in advance.

I tried this recipe after viewing it on tv because we like honey mustard salad dressing and I thought we'd like this potato salad. I was right! I am usually very picky about potato salads and until now my favorite was my grandma's German style potato salad. Sorry, Grandma, but this is my favorite now.

This potato salad had a pretty good taste with the honey mustard, but I thought the appearance looked really soggy and the watercress got really wilted and sloppy looking. I think that you either need to use a LOT of potatoes, or cut the other ingredients in half to make it work.

Made this today, quick and easy recipe. I did not have radishes, so substituted some red and green bell pepper. I am not a big fan of capers, but had some on hand, and used them. I think the salad would be fine without the capers, but also good with them.
I chopped the potatoes before cooking to speed up the cooking time. Turned out just fine.
I will be making this again. The dressing is completely simple to make, and would make a good dressing for a green salad also.

My entire family loved this. Great for outdoors because of no mayo. I have made this many times and will continue to. Awesome job Rach!

This was such a good alternative to the typical potato salad with gobs of mayo. This was tangy and sweet at the same time. I just loved it!!

Just made this potato salad for family bbq! Everyone loved it. Easy to put together & no leftovers! Very versitile. We left out the radishes. I think the capers make the difference!
