This came out delicious. I made a few modifications based on other reviewers' experiences. First, I used chicken breasts. Second, I did not add any vinegar to the honey-mustard mixture. Instead of Worsterchire which I did not have on hand, I added a little vinegar to the apricot pan gravy. Served it with the smashed broccoli and potatoes. Huge hit for me, hubby and toddler!

Great dish, espcially when you are 54 years old and your 73 year old Mom prepares it and brings it to your office for lunch. Keep up the good work, Rach. My Mom loves your show and I love being her guinea pig! The cutlets and the potatos were delich. Mom said it was a lot of work and lots of dishes to wash. But I say it was worth it. My daugthers loved it, too! (We work together

I had many of the same problems as other reviewers but also had difficulty getting the breading to stick -- perhaps not enough EVOO?? I agree that the vinegar in the "sticky sauce" didn't seem to work - will try water or stock next time cuz it does need to be thinned a bit. Also noted no instructions for where to use the Worcestershire sauce so added to gravy but I think I'll skip it next time. I think the bottom line on this recipe is that there are too many flavors competing for dominance, and the pork gets lost in the translation since it is so thin to begin with. Good concept but many modifications required.

The flavors didn't work well together and it was a bit too sweet for my taste.

You must try this recipe! i doubled the recipe and we still had no left overs! Even my little 3 yr old granddaughter tore it up!! Next time I make it I will use apricot preserves as the orange marmalade had a bitter aftertaste. Also I used plain panko bread crumbs and didnt season them...this way the honey/mustard flavor REALLY came through! So delish! I served with rice pilaf and greens...YUM-O

My boys HATE mustard -- but loved this recipe! They said this is soooo good! I told them it had mustard in it and they were dumbfounded! It's good and it's really easy -- but I must confess -- it took me longer than 30 minutes to prepare. I guess I'm a slow cook. But this is really a recipe worth trying! Thanks again Rachael!

The sauce was good. Didn't know where to add the Worcestershire-so I added it to the sauce. The vinegar seemed to water down the mustard and honey combination-next time I would leave it out -if there is a next time.

It tasted good in the end but most of the ingredients were out of proportion. Had I used all the flour the recipe called for, the gravy would have been a hard blob! As well, the directions don't mention how long to leave the meat in the oven. My chops were a little thicker than the recipe called for but even at 275, I had to cook them for 30 minutes! Luckily I had enough time, but my sides were done way before the meat was. I would make the recipe again, but with the changed proportions and timings.
