    This was a super easy recipe. I will probably add more hot sauce next time because I couldn't taste it. Also, I ran out of eggs (what?!?! so I used butter instead. Hubby said "MMM" on his first bite. That's always a keeper in my book.

    I love this recipe and make it frequently. I use chicken tenders for at home "chicken fingers". The leftovers are good over a salad.

    This was by far the best fried chicken type of meal that I have ever had!!! This is a big hit in my house and is made over and over!! Excellent flavor and very moist.

    Rachael this was awesome...and fun to make!!! my husband & kids loved it...i did add honey to the egg mixture and when it was finished i drizzled a little honey on top!!! this recipe will be added to my collection to cook again and again!!!! Thank you,

    This is a terrific recipe. We love it and make it often. I'll have to try adding the honey in. This is also great left over on a salad. As for the succotash, that has become a staple for us. We make it with tacos, enchiladas, and we usually take it as a side salad for bbqs in the summer. It's great cold.

    This chicken was really easy to make and came out great. My husband loved it. For my four year old daughterI made the chicken into shapes and she enjoyed dipping it.
