The chicken was moist, the breading flavorful (and yes, I do recommend a bit of extra honey drizzled over before baking and the succotash was brilliant. Don't be afraid of the bbq sauce...it gives it a nice smoky flavor without being overbearing. I even plan to serve the succotash as a side for other meals.

I went to visit my brother in Texas and made this dish for he and other friends. They absolutely loved it.

I followed a couple reviewers comments and added a bit of honey to the egg mixture as well as drizzling honey over the chicken before putting them in the oven --- they came out fantastic! The crust was crunchy and had a delicious sweetness, while the inside was juicy. My fiance LOVED it, and I did, too. The succotash was also good - I used cilantro since we both love it, and the BBQ sauce I found was a Honey Smoke flavor, which I feel helped tie it in with the chicken. Thanks Rachael for the quick and delicious recipe!

VERY GOOD-I crush the peanuts myself because I kind of like the bigger chunks of peanut in there. I also add a little extra tabasco because it gives it a great little taste! As for the succotash, I do less than half of everything because it makes way too much for just the two of us. Great recipe though-I'd suggest trying it for sure!

I made the chicken and it was ok but it needed to be sweeter so I followed a previous commenters advice and drizzled honey over the top then I stuck it under the broiler for a minute or so. The honey really added a nice flavor and brought out the flavor of the honey roasted peanuts.
The chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Very good.
