I liked this recipe a lot. It's a keeper. I made a few changes though. I added some honey to the egg mixture (not a lot and I drizzled honey over the chicken before baking it. It made it a little sweeter and gave it a little more flavor. Also, I didn't put the nuts into a food processor; i put them into a ziplock baggie and pounded them until they were like bread crumbs. So instead of having chunks of peanuts on the chicken, it was more like a breading of peanuts mixed with the seasoning and bread crumbs. I thought these changes made it a lot better!

Pluses: Chicken was very juicy and tender
    Had a nice flavor

Minuses: Didn't have the spicy kick I was looking for, even with Hot Sauce
The BBQ Succotash didn't go with the peanuty flavor of the chicken.

Overall: Good recipe! Will use again.

This is was a surprise for me at first I thought it was odd and I was searching for something different. Well I found it. Now I have made it three times. Was very easy to make and one of my favorite recipes. I'll probably make it forever.

this is very easy + delicious. i never use hot sauce, but since i love RR, i thought i'd trust her. she was right -- the honey nut flavor w/ a hint of hot sauce is very nice. RR did it again!

I used chicken tenderloins, and the store was out of honey roasted peanuts, so I tried a maple roasted blend of peanuts, cashews and macadamia nuts. Wonderful recipe!!!

This was a super-easy dish! I made the peanut-breadcrumb mix earlier in the day and it only took a few minutes to prepare this from start to finish. I used Italian bread crumbs instead of plain, and I think that added a bit more flavor. Also, I didn't bake it off, just cooked the whole thing in the fry pan.

The chicken was moist and tender and the flavor was really, really yummy. My boyfriend raved about this, and we had the leftovers the next day on top of a salad. Delicious!

The first time I ever had this my hubby made if for me for Mothers Day a couple years ago. When I decided to make it for the first time I didn't realize how much work it took. I think it is very time consuming and messy, definetly not a 30 minute recipe for me. I have started using boneless chicken breast or chicken tender just because it is easier.
