Really interesting way to add some subtle flavors to lemonade. I used agave nectar instead of honey just to save a little money, and it was lovely.

For those of you with some trouble squeezing the lemons: try to roll them with your hand on the countertop first, exerting a little pressure before slicing and juicing. This releases the juices. I only used 4 lemons (=1c juice for a half recipe.

I've been making my own lemonade, but wanted to make a bigger batch, so I used this to check proportions. I used 1/2 the amount of sugar and honey this recipe calls for and it STILL just tastes like a sugary sweet drink. I can't taste lemons at all! What a waste of all the time and energy of juicing the lemons when you can't taste them.

Love this lemonade! I didn't have the vanilla bean, so I used 1 tsp vanilla extract. And instead of sugar, I used Splenda. The honey makes the difference. I also increased lemon juice to 3 cups. ( i had to replace what I taste tested out of the gallon and thought it could stand to be bit tarter. Am taking it to a peach ice cream party tonight and I don't know anyone there. Will see how many ask for recipe.

Refreshing, good taste and easy. Hardest part was juicing the lemons. Will make again.

Made this for our first bbq last weekend. I doubled the recipe and there wasn't an ounce left! Great to see 16 kids drinking this instead of pop! Highly recommend....

Other than what I mentioned in the title, it has been a HUGGGGGE hit at a party and with my family and friends!

My husband and I were having a housewarming / bar-b-que and I wanted something refreshing to drink. This was an extremely easy recipe, absolutely delicious and I make it all the time now!

I couldn't taste the vanilla, but this was a good lemonade recipe nonetheless. Everyone seemed to enjoy it!
