I just made this and my first few bites were awesome! I did bump up the hot sauce a touch however. I haven't tried it fully chilled yet, but at first glance I would say there is probably a little too much sauce, I don't like my noodles swimming in the stuff. We'll see what it looks like in the morning. The flavor however, was perfect, not too salty which some recipes can be. Will definitely add this to my favorite recipe binder...

Great side to Sandra Lee's sweet and sour chicken kabobs! Used a bag of shredded carrots, cabbage and broccoli. I did sauté the veggies in chili oil and garlic first before adding to the noodles and it made a big difference. Could easily added sauteed chicken or pork for a yummy one pot meal! Yummo!!

My family loved this, even my mom had seconds! Based on other reviews (and our tastes, I made some modifications, added: red bell peppers, cucumbers, peanut sauce (plus PB, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar & ginger. Marinated cucumbers in the sauce. Added sauteed chicken (thinly sliced, sauted in EVOO with garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger & srichi. Served with srichi sauce, chopped cilantro, green onions, chopped peanuts and limes. YUM! Will definately be making this again!

I didn't use any hot spices in the recipe so my child would eat it. The adults added hot pepper flakes if they wanted spice. I love this recipe. It makes a great side dish at a bbq.

I have made this many times and it always hit. I think it's the most requested of my dishes. It's my "go to" dish, so easy and quick. I'm making it for a dinner party tomorrow.

Great Flavors! My family loved this dish! I did what another reviewer did and used the peanut sauce instead of the peanut butter and it worked well and was very easy. Otherwise I would only caution what strength of hot sauce you use. I grabbed a habanero hot sauce by mistake and whew! it was pretty spicy but it didn't faze my family who loves spicy foods! This recipe is a keeper!

The adults loved this for a quick week night meal. It was super quick and tasty. My kids didn't love it (don't know why, though. We used whole wheat pasta. The grown ups added asian chili sauce instead of salsa. It was really good the next day for lunch, too. I heated it just a smidge to room temp....

This did not turn out good. Way to much peanut butter. its very heavy and the noodles stuck together. I put chili paste instead of hot sauce.. i like hot and spicey plus the whole point of Thai but this was not even that spicey. Over all I see where she was trying to go with this but needs a bit more polishing. I might try it again and use my own creations... I think if less peanut butter and add some soy and garlic would be good. Not sure its just missing something
