LOVED this recipe. I am a huge Rachael fan and this recipe is right up at the top for me. Loved the peanutty taste. So easy to make. I used stir fry noodles from the Asian isle instead of spagetti noodles. It was awesome. I love the crunch of the cabbage in it and it didn't taste cabbaggy like I expected with the amount of cabbage called for. I also added water chestnuts sliced up for more crunch. I would make this again in a second!!! It was a great addition to the thai glazed chicken wraps from the same episode.

Initially the sauce was too strong. My husband and I added more peanut butter which is the flavor in the noodles that we like. He loved them. I recommend more peanut butter and less soy sauce.

I love this dish! I usually add more veggies and some chicken and make a meal out of it. Whole-wheat pasta tastes really good with this as well.

We loved the "glaze" for these noodles, but didn't really care for the cabbage. This is definitely a meal we'd make again, but we'd omit the cabbage next time.
