I would reduce the amount of sesame oil to 1 teaspoon as the flavor of sesame oil is extremely overpowering. Other than that it is a great recipe.

Very easy - I like a bit more peanut flavor, so I added more PB (I used reduced fat, which worked fine and less soy. Great thing is that you can taste the sauce before combining it with the noodles and adjust to make it perfect. The store didn't have the carrot/cabbage mix, so I used a broccoli slaw mix, which yummy as well. I love that Rachael teaches method along with her recipes - you're really able to adjust things to how you like them. Nothing is ever set in stone, your creativity is limitless...

I've been trying for so long to make Asian style noodles and never got it right. Before I gave up on Asian cooking I gave this recipe a try and WOW mmmmmmmm good! It's soooo real, who needs take out!

I gave this recipe to my non-cooking teenager to fix. The family enjoyed it and she was pleased with the result. She took the leftovers to school and shared with her friends. They want it again next week. If you already have the seasonings, tamari, sesame seeds, etc. in the pantry then the whole recipe costs about $4.00. A tasty bargain.

this is a great easy dish. my only problem is that i can't find tamari, so i've been using regular soy sauce. you need to add a little less because of the salt.

I really enjoyed making this recipe I tweaked it a bit adding zucchini and green peppers and a squeeze of lime juice but all in all kept to the recipe and it was great.

I saw this show and this recipe sounded good to me so I made it. It was relatively easy and delicious, but it definitely needs time to chill in the fridge. I like to grill up some chicken or shrimp while the noodles are chilling to make this dish a more complete meal. The leftovers were still tasty the next day.

I loved this recipe! Fast and easy, and tastes superb! I use angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti because it cooks faster, and I also snipped it with scissors so it would be easier to mix with the sauce. Also try using chunky peanut butter for some extra crunch, although it's harder to mix with the soy sauce. If the sauce is too strong, simply add more cabbage mix or sprouts.
