I found the sauce a little over-powering as you kept eating it. Tyler Florence makes a better Sesame Noodle dish and would take that over this one.

great recipe with lots of flavor. i changed it around a bit and added a bit more cabbage, and alot of hot sauce. i've also served it hot a couple of times, and cold a few other times like the recipe. another good idea was that i added cooked ground pork to it. the last time i made it i prepared it vegan, and used the left overs to put into egg rolls, they were amazing. thanks Rachel for the great recipe. i'm looking for a good and easy dipping sauce for my egg rolls, but i can't seem to find the right one yet. i don't want anything thick, like a sweet and sour, but something thin, maybe made with minced gigner, onion, rice wine vinager, and maybe a little soy. i need something that pops. thanks for the recipe.

This was a great recipe but the sauce was too thick. It needed to be thinned out with more rice vinegar and more soy sauce to taste. I also added a little chicken broth to break up the peanut favor.

This was so quick and easy to put together and tasted great. I have used the dressing on a simple salad of cabbage, carrot, green onion and celery.

At first, this was great, but after seconds, it seemed overpowering. So next time, I will not have seconds. Also, it made a lot of food for a side dish.

This was an excellent dish, super easy & quick. But there was a LOT of food. Next time I would cut the recipe in half.

The noodles tasted really good, but my sauce was kind of dry. I think it probably was that I used sugra free peanut butter.

This is a great recipe. Really easy to make and very tasty. I only used 1 Tablespoon of hot sauce and it was just right for us.

    Way to go Rachel!
