My first time trying Rachael Ray's recipe and absolutely loved it! I had some leftover soba in the fridge and i made noodles with this recipe. My meal was done in less than 10 mins which really helped when i was starving from a gym workout.

No one else seems to think this was as disgusting as me and my friends did. We made it for our weekly meal together and it was disgusting. I love Thai like food and this was not even in the same realm. I put it in my mouth and had to literally spit it out. None of the four of us could eat one bite. We had to throw the whole thing out and go out to dinner instead. It was incredibly disappointing!

Well, another miss again, Ms. Ray. I made this dish for my aunt, who I didn't realize had a peanut allergy, which is not your fault. But aside from the hives and the near trip to the emergency room, this dish was basically spaghetti with peanut butter. A little peanut butter goes a long way, I think way too much peanut butter. Also, seaseme oil is another ingredient that goes a long way. This was too much "nutty" flavor, which overpowered the rest of the other flavors. I wouldn't make this ever again. What happened to the old Rachael? Your newer things seem to be really unimaginative and just sort of thrown together.

As most reviewers said....the first few bites are good but then something happens and the taste becomes weird. We didn't finish the dish. I have made the one by Tyler Florence and it is super so I'll stick to it.

I just didn't think that this was very good. It wasn't bad - just not something I'd make again. I was glad that I wasn't cooking for company. I think that maybe the fact that it was cold threw me off a bit.

I boiled the noodles and then my daughter did the rest. It was very tasty. It went over better the next day and heated a little.

This was quick and easy to prepare, although I did not like the taste. I think it was the peanut butter. My son and my husband liked it so I had to give 2 stars.
