I thought this would taste like something in a Tai restaurant but it tasted like spaghetti covered in peanut butter. I only ate it because I hate to throw food away. Also, I love spicy but this was way too hot. Add only 1 tsp of hot sauce and you'll be ok.

This kid outdid herself on this one! I truly didn't believe you can make a decent meal in just 30 minutes and was skeptical. I tried this recipe today for lunch and my husband and I both loved it. It's flavorful, spicy and pungent. Just the right combination of hot sauce, peanut butter and soy. I'll have to check Rachael out more often.
    Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

This came out so horrible, I must say. Like another reviewer said, it was simply peanut butter covered spaghetti. Maybe this is what you think is asian food when you are raised in the woods. What's next? Pouring ketchup over spaghetti and declaring it a great italian meal?

This didn't go over well with my family. It was easy to make and made A LOT. Unfortunately, we tossed it.

This was a good one. Nice and spicy, with the perfect amount of peanut flavor. Used whole wheat noodles and 100 natural peanut butter to make it a bit healthier. Will definitely make again.

This is one person on the food network that I have not seen prepare one decent meal. So much processed food and unhealthy ingredients. What was Oprah thinking. Rachel must have one great publicist. Thought Oprah was interested in teaching the public how to eat healthy. At this rate the American public will be 300 lbs. overweight.

The sauce was way too thick - ended up tasting like peanut butter coated spaghetti. The second time, I added some Thai chile paste and a splash (or two of coconut milk and it was better.

My family enjoyed this for a light dinner, topped with shredded grilled chicken. Also perfectly yummy left over for lunch the next day. Since I was using this as a main course, I chose a thin linguini noodle to kind of bulk it up. After reading the reviews, I used full fat peanut butter and less hot sauce, and it turned out just fine. Probably would be extra tasty with added ginger, too.

Excuse me TJ from Columbus OH, but you do NOT need to call people who simply say they do not like the flavor of a recipe names like that! Grow up! I happen to know a lot about Asian food and Thai food, and I made this hoping it would be a quick and easy dinner. My opinion is that it was absolutely horrible! And I'll match my IQ against yours any day, pal!
