This is fantastic, I make this recipe once a month. For my children I just cook the chicken with the spices and don't add the sauce at the end. For the adults in my family, I finish cooking the chicken with the hot sauce and butter to help infuse the flavor a bit. I don't bother with making the sandwiches, just cut the chicken up and make it into boneless wings with a side of celery and carrots.

PERFECT!! Everyone in the family (from my picky husband to my 4 year old loved this recipe. This is going into our dinner rotation. I never knew Buffalo Chicken was so easy and I'm kind of mad at myself for not trying this sooner!

Yum - A Great Sandwich! We had it two nights in a row. The only changes I made were using an indoor grill pan, hollowing out the bread, and only topping with avocado. Easy and delicious - will be a regular dish in our home.

Yum, or should I say yumo! Eating this right now and is quite good, was really quick and easy. Used smoked paprika and chipotle chili power. Getting sauce on my keyboard, so back to the sandwich.

So quick and easy! My husband and I loved it. I substituted the chicken breast for a quarter pound each of rgound chicken breast and ground chicken thighs. I added about a cup of left-over cooked rice to help "glue" it together (found the ground chicken to be much softer than ground beef when formed into patties. It made about 4 medium sized patties. I followed the rest of recipe and dinner was ready in a pinch!
