We loved this recipe! The potatoes that go with this are the best! You will LOVE these sandwhiches with the bleu cheese dressing.

Because this had great taste and was extremely fast (probably only took about 15 minutes, I gave it five stars. For each serving of dressing, I combined about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, the same amount of sour cream and approx 2 teaspoons Ranch dressing, which made a thick spread that tasted just like good blue cheese dressing. I put it on both slices of bread. Next time, I'll half the recipe for the hot sauce. When I made the amount called for in the recipe, I had a lot left over, even though I allowed the chicken breast to sit in the sauce while I made the dressing. I agree that Frank's is the way to go. I used another brand of hot sauce, as opposed to Tabasco, and it was good, but not as good as Franks. I will definitely make this sandwich again.

The chicken was quite tasty, I will defintely make it again, but I'd use Kraft Blue cheese salad dressing over the sour cream/blue cheese stuff. I halved the recipe because I was only making 2 pieces of chicken, and even that amount makes more than enough for 4 pieces of chicken, and it wasn't very flavorful. Definitely Kraft next time.
I'll make the chicken again, not the sauce.

My husband, his friend and I all really liked these when I made them. The Frank's Red Hot sauce is really the way to go, as the recipe suggests (I think Tabasco would be too hot and vinegary. Since my husband doesn't like blue cheese, I made a ranch dip with a reduced fat sour cream. The sandwiches were a great alternative to going out to our local hang-out restaurant for the evening.

The chicken is very tasty and easy, of course I adjusted the heat and since I didnt buy any bread I just made it with the cajun fries which taste good too. But other than that, like Rachel says its 30 minutes. Which is great for me being a single mom with a 2 yrs old and a fulltime job, with pit stops to do before I get home...Thanks Rachel
