I ended up using more butter than what it called for to tame down the heat for my family.

I changed the recipe a little, I used butter flavor spray to cut down on fat and cut up a boneless breast. Once the chicken was cooked I just poured the hot sauce on and simmered for about 5 minutes. I loved it!!!!!!!!

These are so easy to make and yummo!!!
The only thing I would change next time is I would add some thinly chopped celery to the sour cream and blue cheese so you would get a little bit of celery with every bit.

Love the flavors, I go easy on the spread though, otherwise it over-powers the chicken. Husbands favorite.

My daughter says this is her favorite meal and wants me to make it for her birthday! The blue cheese dip/spread is just delicious and goes great with the spicy sandwiches.

I love this recipe. It is hot but has a good flavor with the heat. I put the chicken in a tortilla and add cheddar cheese.
