The taste is great, just like hot wings without all the fat.

Less blue cheese would make it better for my taste.

Made this a couple times but the first time the sauce had no taste to it. I use 1/4 c Franks, 1 T brown sugar, 3 tea cider vinger, 1 T plus tabasco, 4 T unsalted butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. I just melt everything together. Not a huge fan of the dressing but there is nothing wronge with it. Oh I aways take big chicken brest and turn them into cutlets. It takes only 2 mins on both sides to cook.

These sandwiches are SOOO good. Not for the weak of stomach, but they are declicious. I used Bobs Big Boy blue cheese dressing instead of the sour cream/blue cheese mixture. Excellent.

My husband and I 'threw' these together for a quick lunch on a lazy Sunday afternoon...we both really enjoyed them. They were easy to make and very tasty! We did not have veggies to dip in, so there was quite a bit of blue cheese sauce left.

I make this recipe over and over and my family loves it every time. I cut the chicken thinly so more of the sauce can be in with the chicken and it cooks faster.
