I made these shrimp wraps along with the pork that Rachel made during the same show for my now boyfriend on our third or fourth date. They were a huge hit. It is true that they are really easy and you can cook them in a jiffy after work. They were really fun to eat, a little messy, and they definitely looked and tasted like I know my way around the kitchen. Now I just have to live up that expectation!
    Thanks Rachel.

I love Rachael Ray and this recipe was great...I didn't use mushrooms though because I don't like them and I didn't have chili peppers so I just used chili flakes instead and it turned out great!!

I added broccoli and made this dish with rice instead of the wraps. It was absolutely delicious. My family want me to make it again tonight!

Used chicken instead of shrimp and added a tsp. of peanut butter and a handful of lightly salted peanuts. Wonderful flavor!! Tastes like P.F. Changs lettuce wraps.....great recipe!!! Another winner Rach!!!!!

Let me preface this by saying that I love Rachael Ray, and I think she has a lot of great ideas for simplifying dishes to make them accessible to the everyday cook, however, this dish was probably one of the worst things I've ever tasted. I followed the recipe exactly, aside from having to substitute a serrano chili for the red peppers. Needless to say, I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

Great recipe. I added some water chestnuts the 2nd time I made it, it gave it a better texture in the wrap. Perfect balance of hot and sweet one of my favorite taste combinations!

These were great!!! We made these the night after seeing the episode, and the whole meal was gone in minutes. Might be making double next time. The flavors were great, and reminded us of Changs lettace wraps with shrimp:
