    I used Limoncello and lemon creme pie ice cream. It was awesome to say the least, thanks Rachel. BTW couldn't find the cheesecake ice cream either.

    This is an average recipe nothing special I made mine special by adding strawberries and a strawberry liquer you can use any kind of fruit and liquer to match peaches are very good also with a peach ice cream. Rachel really doesnt have the time to showcase this as over the top because it is suppose to be dessert in 5 min, However I made mine over the top.

    The taste of the ice cream cake was ok, nothing special. I wouldn't serve this to guests because the presentation of the cake was awful. It looked unappetizing. Next time I will use a different combination of ice cream and flavorings and I will put more thought into how the cake is put together.

    Unfortunately I wouldn't consider this much of a recipe as its just cake, ice cream, and toppings. Of course it tastes OK, but then again just plain old ice cream on top of a slice of cake tastes really good, too! Minus the alcohol the kids would love it.
