    The french dressing was to die for.
    As usual, there hasn't been any receipe of Rachael Ray that I have tried that isn't fantastic.

    This was a nice step up from the usual vinaigrette dressing, and worked up easily...I used tarragon vinegar and it turned out quite tasty. And it HAS to be better for you than Catalina!!

    I've tried all of the (many versions of a head of lettuce with dressing - usually "french" - on it that Rachael puts out. This is the same as the others - too oily and just dull.

    This dressing and salad recipe reminded me of my childhood days - when my ideal salad consisted of iceberg lettuce and cherry tomato halves. But, the tarragon added a nice taste that updated the dressing for an adult palate.
