Surprise! It was not tasty! Despite all those ingredients! Have tried in twice now, as we are lamb lovers. Next time I'm gonna get out my bottle of Worcestshire Sauce and try to pump a little more flavor into these burgers. I liked the subtle flavor of the green sauce, though, and intend to try it on grilled pork chops soon...for breakfast! I'll let you know!

Awesome burger. My husband came up with a great use for the leftovers - take a pita pocket and spread the insides with the raita, and stuff with spinach leaves and some of the Spicy Saffron Potato Salad that accompanied the burger recipe. What a great combo!

We just happen to be watching this episode and decided to give the burgers and the potato salad a try - BIG WINNER. We will definitely be eating this in our house again, and soon. The flavor of the burgers with the raita sauce was amazing. We were glad that we parred the receipe down - otherwise we would have eaten it ALL. The potatoes were a great addition. As it sometimes happens with Rachael Ray receipies, we did have to go to an upscale grocery store to find everything, but it was well worth the trip. We wanted to get these ingredients right, as we were so glad we did. Yummo!!

I dunno Rach, I'm pretty bummed after making these. The only substitution was that I 4got to pick up the greek yogurt and instead used sour cream/mayo mixture. That turned out delish! The flavor of the burgers themselves were good but just didn't excite me. I think maybe sometimes "everything but the kitchen sink" isn't always a good thing.

Well into summer grilling, I was happy to discover this new flavor combination for the beloved burger. Pretty much followed the recipe as is. I did add more garlic and cumin, and left out the turmeric. Cooked the burgers on the grill about 5-7 minutes a side on med-hi heat. The last few minutes I topped the burgers with muenster cheese and toasted the buns. Really enjoyed this new flavor adventure.

WOW made this recipe tonight and it was nothing short of awesome. The main star is the yogurt sauce. You can taste all the bold flavors of the cilantro, mint, lime, and garlic. The marinated onions also give the burger a nice citrus crunch. Will definitely make this again and like that it's a pretty healthy meal considering we used fat free greek yogurt and roasted some veggies and sweet potatoes to go with it. Also bought ciabatta rolls for the burgers. YUMMMM!
