I was a little worried at first when trying to purchase the grill seasoning--so many to choose from--however, this dish turned out to be just wonderful and even my 3y/o cleaned his bowl. This will definitely become a regular winter dish in our home!

This chili recipe is awesome!! I didn't have cumin and only added 1/4 cup bbq sauce but it still turned out so yummy I wouldn't change a thing!

This recipe is awesome every time! I use the whole bottle of beer, half the tomato sauce, add a can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes and omit the bell peppers. So good - you have to make this!

This was just OK. I changed some stuff, so maybe that's it, but I didn't like the BBQ flavor in my chili. Here's what I changed... I needed to use up my Thanksgiving turkey, so I chopped that pretty finely and used that instead of ground turkey. I used the seasons as called for and added some extra. I used a can of tomato sauce, a can of fire roasted tomatoes and a can of kidney beans, and a full bottle of beer (Samuel Adams, no corn and less BBQ sauce than it called for but it was still too BBQ-y. Next time I'll omit the BBQ sauce and maybe it will taste better.

Family favorite! We don't drink, so I substitute chicken broth for the beer. Also, anytime I want to spice it up a little, I pinch in a little cayenne pepper! YUMMY!
