My entire family loves this chili. It is my new go to recipe. I have varied the ingredients a few times depending on what I have in the house and it is amazing every time. You rock Rachael!!

Most cringe at the idea of turkey chilli, especially those of us here in Texas, this one however is wonderful and EASY! My husband and kids love this dinner, I even taught it by memory to my sister, who is an extremely picky eater, and she loved it, too. I actually tried it with beef one time and it wasn't as good.

This was ok, but rather bland. I will have to add some "kick" to it next time.

This is really easy & fast to make. I added 2 cans of chili beans for texture & topped it off with cheddar. We ate half of the batch for dinner & lunch the next day and then we froze the rest. This is a keeper!

This chilli takes me 20mins to put together while my 3 kids play and I await for my husband to come home. It is hearty and delicious, especially with all the toppings we use. I use black beans and dark red kidney beans and corn. This is a mother of 3's dream dinner! We use turkey meat, so there is no fat like the last reviewer stated, you simmer the juices down and deglaze with the beer!

If you don't try this chilli, you are truly missing out! My husband loves it. I have cooked it like 4 times already!

    Enjoy!

As most other reviewers have said, this chili is great-tasting, easy to make, and it makes a ton of chili! I'm just wondering about all the fat that's left in it. I didn't watch the show to see how Rachel made it, but next time, I might try browning the ground turkey first before adding all of the seasonings -- just so I can drain off the fat. When you season the meat first, you hate to drain the fat because it's got all the taste! Otherwise, a great recipe that I definitely will make again!

I tried this recipe but changed a few things. I used 2 cans of fire roasted chopped tomatoes instead of the bbq and tomato sauce and a few teaspoons of cayanne instead of the hot sauce. I also added some red kidney beans. It came out great and was a croud pleaser! Definitely will make again!!!

Thank you for this wonderful chili recipe. We live in Running Springs, CA and on this cold winter day I needed to find something warm and hearty to make with ingredients I had in my freezer and pantry. I used 1lb of ground turkey and 1lb of ground sausage. The only vegetable I used in this was the onion and because I didn't have chili powder already prepared I made a batch of homemade chili powder which consisted of: garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, and oregano. I added a can of "chili" beans to the pot and substituded the beer for beef broth because I didn't have any beer in the fridge. My family truly enjoyed this recipe and has been added to the "favorite menu" list already. Thank you again Rachel, from my family to yours, for your wonderful recipes!

    Sincerely,
    Amie F.
