The taste was really good, I added a bit more strawberries to mine because they seemed pretty small. I don't think the sour cream added much, I also added some coolwip and it tasted great!

For those that can't find the mini graham cracker crust, here is one suggestion.
It would have to do this before starting the the rest of the cooking, but you could make your own graham cracker crust by crushing graham crackers, some melted butter, and some suger and press the graham crackers into custard cups or other small bowls or martini glasses.
Or like one person did, put the filling in a martini glass, and I suggest you sprinkle some crushed graham crackers.
If you feel that the flavor of strawberries isn't strong enough, how about using strawberry flavored cream cheese.
As for the sour cream, a good substitute for sour cream is yogurt. How about using vanilla yogurt or another flavor that will compliement the strawberries or what ever fruit you decide to use.
I can see where there are so many options to do with this recipe, just use your imagination.
I can see where I can reduce the fat in thiis recipe. By using low fat cream cheese, yogurt (instead of sour cream, making my own crust usling low fat graham crackers, crushed to sprinkle on top and if I want a crust using my favorite graham cracker crust recipe using low fat graham crackers and light butter.

I am a novice when it comes to cooking, and this was incredibly easy and also fun because I was able to garnish the top my own way. I ate some that day and some the next day after it was in the fridge. I recommend leaving it in the fridge over night before serving. It makes it more firm and tastes better for whatever reason. Plan to make again for Thanksgiving.

I modified this a little. Instead of putting it in mini pie crusts I spooned it into cute martini glasses. Also, instead of sour cream I used half a wheel of brie, left out the strawberries and sprinkled fresh blueberries and a peach wedge on top. I put it in the fridge for a couple hours before serving. My guests loved it. soooo easy. Serves about 6.

The taste of this recipe lacks strawberry flavor - and you need more time to have it set.

I made this recipe Twice, but I couldn't find the individual pie crust so I grabed a regular sized crust. ( bad idea Although it still tasted great it is a very soft cheesecake so when I cut into it, it wouldn't hold up. I will make it again but Next time I will do the individual size.

I'm just now getting into cooking, and I was nervous about doing a cheesecake. It is really easy, and my husband loved it, too! I couldn't find the small gram cracker crusts, so I used one big one. It wasn't as clean of a cut as normal cheesecake, but tasted amazing.

I found this recipe to be a little loose and runny. It tasted wonderful, so I will try again.

This recipe was so easy to make! All the ingredients were easy to find in my small store. The cheesecakes were also good the next day.
