This always gets raves! It's a bit messy though and if left in the fridge for more than a few hours, the outside starts to harden and not look as great, but still tastes fine.

It was too sour creamy. Although I used fresh rasberries, you could still taste the sour cream to strong. Don't use rasberries and it may work. Very easy to make.

It is ok for how simple it is to make it, but i think it is better if you freeze it for a little but before serving than serving it while it is still 'fresh'. overall it is not that bad, probably won't make it again though :(

this was a big big hit during last year's christmas party dessert.. everyone loved the taste and it doesnt give you that "really filling" kinda feeling like a regular cheesecake would do. and plus its sooooo easy!

This recipe is perfect for me and the little ones. They can help mix and fill the tins and fell like they did something so great with me. Thanks
