I loved this recipe! It is by far one of the best desserts I have ever made. I tried making real cheesecake before (you know, the kind that takes hours and a bunch of ingredients and Rachel's recipe was way better. You have to try this!

I converted this to low carb by using splenda and a low carb cookie for the bottom. Made them in aluminum muffin cups. They were great, and FAST!!
    Thank you Rachel!!

I thought they were good, but they could have been better. I think they weren't as sweet as I had expected. I changed the recipe to raspberries since I couldn't find strawberries. Maybe that had something to do with it, but overall, they were ok.

This is a great recipe! I made mine with blueberries the first time and brought it to a picnic. Needless to say it was all gone in seconds. The second time I made a triple berry with strawberries, blueberries and raspeberries. Some other ideas may be strawberry banana or chocholate banana. Mix it up a bit, its wonderful!
