I am so glad I found this recipe again.
I have made this rub and stored it for sunch a long time,bu I always forget what goes in it. And last year I moved and never to find the recipe again.
So I am just thrilled that I was able to get this again.
    Thanks for this site.

This receipe is great!! Its the dish I make when I want to impress a friend. I couldn't find ground corriander in my grocery store and so I make it without it....still wonderful. I also wrap the chicken slices with the pita and eat it like a gyro.

I really enjoyed this recipe. My husband and I love spices and enjoyed trying this Israeli spice on our chicken. I bottled it up and handed it out to a few of my friends so they could try it on their chicken. It is a great spice to have in your rack..

The rub is excellent, will definitely try it on other meats. I also put in some garlic to give it more kick, yum!

I use this rub on chicken and fish all the time. It's fabulous and flavorful. The recipe does make a generous batch. I keep it on the shelf for months! Love it!

Made this for my girlfriend in my college dorm common room. Cooked it under the broiler instead of on the grill, and it turned out incredible. Fast, easy, and delicious.

I made the accompanying tomato salad as well, but since yellow tomatoes aren't available yet, I replaced them with yellow bell peppers, which worked out beautifully and which I recommend to anybody making this recipe.

Overall, a great and very easy summer meal.
