I thought the rub was a little too hot for me but my husband loved it! So, I sliced up my chicken and put it on a salad with some ranch dressing. It was to die for!!! The rub spiced up the ranch and the dressing mellowed out the rub!

The flavor is excellent, and the rub is as easy to make and store as Rachel Ray says!

This one's a keeper. I just made extra spice rub to keep in my pantry for quick meals. Anyway, I cooked these on my Foreman Grill (easier to clean than my stovetop ridged griddle for just about 4 minutes and WOW! My family loved them. I used 1/4 tsp of the chili flakes and it was just spicy enough for us. I made a quicker version of her tomatoes--just cup up some vine-ripe ones with some thin slivers of shallots and tossed with EVOO, red wine vinegar and S&P. Delish!

Great dish that is both easy and very flavorful. I've made this both on a grill pan and outdoor charcoal grill. With my outdoor grill, I've found that the coating tends burn a little easier, so it's best to stack the breasts and cook by indirect heat. Plates great with any of the store bought Near East flavored couscous.

I tried this recipe the day I saw it on the show. It is so simple and the flavors really work well together.
I have not tried the tomato relish but the chicken alone is worth trying. Great for people, like myself, trying the low-carb thing.

A really spicy rub for chicken. Much better than normal old grilled chicken. I like how this recipe makes a lot of the rub so it can be used again

This was an amazing dish. Not only was it so simple to prepare it tasted like I'd worked on it for much longer than I really did. The flavors were excellent and they blended beautifully with one another. I highly recommend this for a quick, tasty dinner that really doesn't require much skill to prepare.
