We have been trying new recipes, most of which we found on foodtv.com. This is the best chicken recipe we have tried so far!

The extra spice stays good a long time in the cabinet. I often make extra rub and use as a quick way to do something more than just throwing some chicken on the grill. This also works GREAT on shrimp. I blend an avacado, yogurt, and mint for dipping the shrimp. It is a nice compliment and totally necessary if you turn up the heat by adding more red pepper.

I've made this recipe twice now, both times by BBQing the chicken on the charcoal grill. Wow! My guests loved it both times. Wonderful flavors. Try it with hummus on a pita with tziki sauce!

I made the spice and threw the chicken on the BBQ. When it was done a sliced it and put in on a bed of Cesar Salad. Served with fresh rolls and Iced tea. Yummalishous! It is the perfect summer dinner. Thanks Rachel for another great!

This is a really wonderful combination of flavors. Very different. Everyone at my dinner party loved it and even the picky children couldn't get enough of the chicken! My husband has declared it his new summer time favorite. The zucinni is excellent.
