Eh it sounded good but I wasn't too fond of the sauce. The polenta was nice and creamy though.
I am the only one who thinks this. I might try again with other suggestions like cider vinegar and I think my husband added too much rosemary haha. Also, didnt use the bacon cause we didnt have any.

Made this to night for dinner.. Not only was it fast to put together , but very tasty. I made extra to take for lunch, but my family ate it all.

Incredible flavor with the sauce. I used chicken breasts and they came out perfectly tender and juicy. I followed the recipe exactly and was not disappointed. I would definitely prepare this again, and it is guest worthy. The only thing I would change is use a low sodium chicken stock for the polenta since it came out very salty. This recipe is a keeper.

Yum! Wanted a different approach to chicken drumsticks tonight, and this was amazing! My daughter loved the sauce - kept spooning more over her chicken. To keep it quick just served it over rice, but will try the polenta next time. My new fav homemade bbq sauce!! Thanks

I've been meaning to thank you for this recipe for such a long time now. This a favorite of ours and I make it at least once a week. First I made it with chicken, but our favorite is skirt steak that I cook in a pressure cooker with the rest of ingredients minus the bacon and chicken stock if I'm making it with beef. It comes out great every time. I don't follow the recipe to a "T", I "eye ball" the measurements. I also make the polenta for me and make white rice for my husband. Thank you once again Rachael for all you do, may God bless you always and have a Merry Christmas and wonderful New Year.

Really tasty. I had to cook the polenta longer than the instructions (live in Colorado, perhaps the altitude? This is a favorite at our house... easy and the polenta is wonderful.

This was my first try at making polenta. We loved it! My husband is a diabetic so I am always looking for non-pasta, non-rice dishes. We discovered polenta does not spike his sugar count. I did have trouble finding quick polenta, so I used Red Mill Cornmeal Grits (also known as polenta. It takes 30 minutes to cook so I started the polenta cooking at the beginning. I also couldn't find the cheese, so I used an Italian blend. Everything turned out great!

Great recipe that is an easy go to meal. The sauce is delicious and there isn't anything difficult about this recipe. Just read it and go. I also love that most of the ingredients are in the pantry. Every time we make this we get rave reviews. Guest worthy recipe.
