    This recipe was so easy! It was a great meal, I even ran out of time so I used store bought Pesto too! This is a great winter meal, even tho I made it in July.

    My husband and I watched this show this morning and fixed the Italian chicken and dumplings for tonight's Sunday supper. Everyone loved it, from my 71-year old husband down to my 2 year-old grandson. It was really a comfort-food supper with some crusty French bread and had such a nice fresh taste with the homemade pesto and lemon-zested gnocchi. Simple and satisfying!
