    JUST WANTED TO REPLY TO THE OTHER COMMENT ABOUT BUTTERING THE INSIDE OF GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH. MY HUSBAND'S MOTHER WOULD BUTTER THE INSIDE OF THE BREAD AND GRILL IT FIRST AND THEN GRILL AS USUAL. MY HUSBAND LOVED THE ADDED CRUNCH MADE BY GRILLING BOTH SIDES!

    While this is a good recipe, Im often blown away by the claim Rachel makes on her show that she is the creator of the concept of buttering the outsides of bread for grilled cheese. That forces the question, who butters the inside?

    What a fantastic twist on the traditional grilled cheese! My girlfriend and I tried this on a whim, and absolutely loved it! The combination of mild provolone mixed with the semi-spicey relish and olive mixture was out of this world. Highly recommended.
