This was good. But I learned never to blend a dry ingrediant in a blender that wasn't completly dry. It doesn't go well

I cooked up a bag of cannellini beans in the pressure cooker for 30 mins and I had double the amt for a larger portion. I followed the recipe exactly, and it tasted fine. I served with sliced cukes and veggie chips. I added a touch more EVOO for a creamier consistency. A good, easy, and healthy recipe.
I ate some leftover dip the next day for lunch w/o the guilt.

This was the best hummus we've had! I added a bit of EVOO to the top before serving and a pinch of cayenne to give it some heat. Was very very good!

This Hummus was sooooo delish!!! So Simple and so healthy. I will definitely make it again and again. It was my first time making my own and liked it better than the store bought or even the ones i've gotten in restaurants.

We love hummus around this house and I was intrigued when I caught Rachel making a variation of it on her show. With the 4th of July just around the corner and plenty of fresh rosemary growing out my back door, I was inspired to give it a try. Man, am I glad I did. The 2 cloves of garlic are just right if you are a garlic lover. We added lemon zest and juice. We ate with Stacy's Pita Chips and pretzels rather than baguette. It is in the rotation and I'll try some of the optional suggestions next time. Thumbs up on this one.

I love traditional hummus, so I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about italian hummus. My guests and I loved it! It's a great appetizer for an italian meal. I served with toasted baguette and sliced cucumber (for those watching carbs. Both were excellent with this dip. Definitely add the lemon zest. Thanks!

This was great! FYI, Rachel also added some of lemon zest as well.
Enjoy! Maria

This was extremely easy and a great way to change the basic hummus recipe. I used one large garlic clove which was plenty for this amount. I'll definitely re-use this one for company.

I added another clove of garlic, some white pepper, and garnished with fresh oregano and a dash of cayenne. Linda in Seattle
